When did the Anthony Muñoz Foundation start?
With the vision of bringing together the resources of the Tri-State area, the Anthony Muñoz Foundation (AMF) was established in 2002 to provide opportunities to youth by engaging the community. 

Who does the Anthony Muñoz Foundation impact?
Children of all backgrounds and ages are impacted through our programs and events within our “Impact Region”.  Our region consists of 26 counties in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.  Click here to see a map of our Impact Region.

Office hours are Monday – Friday, from 9am – 5pm.

How can I get an autograph from Anthony Muñoz?
The Anthony Muñoz Foundation is pleased to facilitate your request for an Anthony Muñoz autograph.
As per our organization policy, requests for an autograph are only accepted by completing our standard Autograph Request form.  You may access the form by clicking here.

How do I sign up to volunteer at an AMF event?
To register for an event, please go to the Volunteer page of this site.  From there, you’ll be able to access our online volunteer form or you can print one and mail it to us.

How can I apply for an internship with the Anthony Muñoz Foundation?
The Anthony Muñoz Foundation is currently seeking hard working and talented students from all academic disciplines who share a passion for impacting the youth of the Tri-State region. Undergrad and Graduate Students may apply. Please see our Internships page for a list of detailed job descriptions.

All internships are non-paid positions; however, candidates may receive class credit as approved by their respective academic institutions.  A minimum of twelve (12) hours in the office are required each week.  Intern office hours occur between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Must have willingness to work nights and weekends as dictated by schedule of events.

How can I donate to the Anthony Muñoz Foundation?
The Foundation greatly appreciates any and all financial donations that are made as they are a fundamental part of helping us achieve our goal of impacting Tri-State youth. Donations may be mailed in with a check or money order made payable to the Anthony Muñoz Foundation. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation please click see our Donate page.

How can I nominate someone for the Linemen of the Year Awards?
Coaches and teachers: In keeping with the mission of the Foundation, candidates must show a level of academic success and community involvement in order to be considered for the Linemen of the Year Awards. Freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible. Linemen of the Year Awards will be presented to student-athletes from: Ohio Divisions 1-6; Kentucky; Indiana. 

Where is the Hall of Fame Dinner held?
The Hall of Fame Dinner presented by Furniture Fair is located at the Manor House Banquet & Conference Center, located at:  7440 S. Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040-9762.

Where does the Hall of Fame Golf Classic take place?
The Hall of Fame Golf Classic will take place at the TPC River’s Bend, located at 316 Winding River Blvd.,  Maineville, OH 45039-7700.

Where does the Hall of Fame Football Academy take place?
Each year the Hall of Fame Football Academy takes place at Sycamore High School, located at:  7400 Cornell Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242-3099.

What happens if it rains during the Hall of Fame Football Academy?
In the event of inclement weather, camp WILL NOT be cancelled.  Sycamore’s athletic facilities are more than capable of running the camp indoors and camp will go on as scheduled.  No refunds will be given for days missed.

What is the mission of the Anthony Muñoz Foundation?
The foundation supports children of all backgrounds and ages through the planning and executing of our impact programs and the support of other youth collaborative programs.  The mission of the Anthony Muñoz Foundation is to make an “Impact for Eternity” and engage the Tri-State region to impact area youth mentally, physically, and spiritually.  

How can I receive updates from the Anthony Muñoz Foundation?
The Anthony Muñoz Foundation sends out a monthly “e-blast” newsletter that updates all that is happening with the Foundation for that month.  Click here to sign up.

How do I get Anthony Muñoz to appear at my event?
The Anthony Muñoz Foundation asks that all appearance requests be submitted through our online form.  You may access this form by clicking here.  Upon receipt of the form, we will forward it to Anthony for his review.  Please understand that Anthony receives several requests on a weekly basis and that he chooses events that best fit his schedule and the mission of the Anthony Muñoz Foundation.
Submission of the form does not guarantee an appearance. An AMF representative will follow up with you to discuss the status of your request.  In the event that Anthony agrees to an appearance, speaking fees will be determined.

What are the guidelines for seeking an autograph request?
The AMF has established the following guidelines for autograph requests:
  1. The requestor must provide the item.  The AMF limits one (1) item per requestor per calendar year.
  2. For requests related to youth organizations, no monetary donation is required. For all other requests, 
     we ask that you make a donation to the Anthony Muñoz Foundation.
  3. Minimum donation requirements (all proceeds benefit the AMF):
      Playing Cards - $20
      Flats (8x10 or larger) - $40
      Footballs or Mini Helmets - $60
      Helmets or Jerseys - $100
  4. Anthony will only personalize items (i.e., "To John...").  If this item is for an auction or raffle, you will
      be asked to send us the item to be signed, along with the related payment, once the recipient is
      known.
  5. The AMF is not responsible for any shipping and packaging charges.
  6. Items may be dropped off and picked up at the AMF office during regular hours. Turnaround time on
      getting an item signed is typically one week. Please call prior to pick up.
  7. Before receiving the signed item, information pertaining to the amount raised must be provided.
      Due to the large volume of requests we receive, there are no exceptions to the guidelines. Anthony
      is extremely generous with his autograph, but submitting a request does not guarantee that you or
      your organization will receive an autograph. Upon receipt of all requested materials, an AMF
      representative will contact you to discuss the status of your request.

Can I register for an event or program online?
Yes, online registration is now available. Please go to the to the Events or Programs pages to register for any of our events or programs.

How can I nominate a student for the Straight “A” Student Award?
You can nominate a deserving student online via the Straight “A” Luncheon page beginning January 1 of each year.

When and where is the “Impact for Eternity” Football Camp?
The IFE Camp takes place on the Athletes In Action World Headquarters Campus in Xenia, Ohio.  This year’s camp will be held from Thursday, March 25th through Sunday, March 28th.  The AIA Campus is located at:  651 Taylor Drive, Xenia, OH 45385.

Who is eligible for the “Impact for Eternity” Football Camp?
The IFE Camp is an invitation-only camp for 6th through 8th grade boys.  The Anthony Muñoz Foundation selects campers in conjunction with the Cincinnati Recreation Commission and Kingdom Football Ministries.

How do I register for the Youth Leadership Seminar?
Your school administrator must first register your high school for the event.  Schools can access the registration form here. Schools then have the opportunity to register an assigned amount of students at their discretion for the Youth Leadership Seminar.  Please contact a teacher, coach, or other school administrator to register

Where is the Youth Leadership Seminar held?
The Youth Leadership Seminar is held at the Cintas Center on the campus of Xavier University, located at: 624 Herald Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45207-7510.
