WHIZ KIDS
Anthony takes his mission to the classroom through the Whiz Kids tutoring program. Each week during the school year, Foundation staff and volunteer tutors provide Kindergarten through 4th grade students at Roberts Academy with one-on-one mentoring and reading instruction.
AMF is always seeking volunteer tutors for our Whiz Kids:
- Tutors must be 16+ years old and no prior tutoring experience is necessary
- Training will take at Roberts on Wednesday, September 20th
- Weekly session will be held in person at Roberts Academy on Wednesdays
- Starts on Wednesday, September 27th through mid-April

UNPLUGGED
The Foundation started Unplugged, an extension program for students who aged out of the Whiz Kids curriculum. Aligning with Cincinnati Public School initiatives, AMF works with these students weekly on Social and Emotional Learning competencies, high school preparation, future career exploration and service learning.
