YOUTH LEADERSHIP SEMINAR

Up to 100 Tri-State schools and 1,000 high schoolers come together at Crossroads – Mason for a daylong seminar about reaching their goals and becoming leaders. During the Seminar, students learn from local leaders, engage with students from other schools, and participate in breakout sessions that give them the platform to self-reflect, discuss meaningful issues with students from other schools, and put into place after-event action plans.

The 2022 Youth Leadership Seminar, in partnership with Centene Corportation, was such a success! This year, we were so excited to welcome students from Tri-State area schools for a day of leadership development on October 19th, 2022 at Crossroads Mason.

The 2022 Youth Leadership Seminar theme, (un)written, challenged student leaders to explore their own story. Students dove into how what is already written can define future chapters and we encouraged them to imagine what comes next. Our speakers throughout the day shared their own stories and motivated students to grow into leaders that are worth following and inspire. Student leaders left this event challenged, motivated, and equipped with knowledge and skillsets to transform the story they are writing for themselves.
